Daria Braboy ’15 was a six-time qualifier to the NCAA Div. III Women's Track & Field Championships during her career as a sprinter from 2011-15.

As a senior in 2014-15, the Providence, R.I. native placed 15
th in the 400m (59.86) at the NCAA National Championships on March 13-14. She finished second in the triple jump (11.23m) at the Tufts Last Chance Invitational on Mar. 6. Braboy took 14
th place in the triple jump (11.11m) and 15
th place in the 400m (57.69) at the N.E. Open Championships on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 27-28. She took home All-New England honors with a second place finish in the 400m (58.51) and a fifth place finish in the triple jump (11.48m), a new school record, at the N.E. Championships on Feb. 21. Braboy earned N.E. Alliance honors in five events at the Alliance Championships on Feb. 14. She was the N.E. Alliance champion in the triple jump (11.15m), while also finishing first as part of the 4x400m relay (4:09.16). She finished second in the 400m (58.67), fourth in the 200m (26.41) and fifth in the 60m (8.20). Braboy placed 62

She finished first in both the triple jump (11.14m) and the 600m (1:44.34) and third in the 60m (8.14) at the Wesleyan Invitational on Jan. 24. Braboy finished first in the 600m (1:45.61), long jump (5.07m;
season-best) and triple jump (10.82m), posted a second place effort in both the 55m (7.70;
season-best) and the 200m (27.27) at the Coast Guard Invitational on Jan. 17. She finished 11
th in the 200m (26.46), eighth in the triple jump (11.01m) and 21
st in the 60m (8.18) at the Yale Invitational on Jan. 10. Braboy finished third in the triple jump (11.07m) and seventh in the 400m (59.43) at the Jay Carisella Invitational on Dec. 13. She finished second in the triple jump (10.53m), third in the 600m (1:44.17;
season-best) and sixth in the 60m (8.34) at the Springfield Invitational on Dec. 6.
As a junior in 2013-14, Braboy placed second in both the 400m (59.48) and the triple jump (11.17m;
season-best) at the Tufts Last Chance Meet on March 6. She took 15th in the triple jump (10.98m) and 20th in the 400m preliminaries (58.78) at the N.E. Open Championships on March 1. Braboy earned All-New England honors with a seventh-place finish in the 400m (59.68) at the N.E. Div. III Championships on Feb. 21-22. She earned N.E. Alliance honors with a second place finish in the triple jump (10.83m) and a fourth place finish in the 600m with a program-record time of 1:39.55, while finishing 10th in the 200m (27.13) and 12th in the long jump (4.75m) at the N.E. Alliance Championships on Feb. 15. Braboy was also a member of the 4x400m relay team that earned N.E. Alliance honors with a third place finish (4:13.32).
She finished 16th in the triple jump (11.17m;
season-best) and 69th in the 200m (26.12;
season-best) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 7. Braboy finished second in the triple jump (10.48m), third in the 600m (1:41.52) and 11th in the long jump (4.27m) at the Tufts Stampede Invitational on Feb. 1. She took 18th in the triple jump (10.79m) and finished 29th in the 400m (57.66;
season-best) at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational on Jan. 24. Braboy placed first in the 200m (27.42), second in the triple jump (10.57m) and fourth in the 55m (7.95) at the Coast Guard Invitational on Jan. 18. She took first place in the triple jump (10.91m), second in the long jump (5.03m;
season-best), fourth in the 600m (1:45.86) and fifth in the 55m (7.90;
season-best) at the Southern Maine Invitational on Jan. 11. Braboy placed fourth in the 400m (58.36) and fifth in the triple jump (11.04m) at the Jay Carisella Invitational on Dec. 14. She placed second in both the triple jump (10.32m) and the 600m (1:42.93), while also finishing third in the 60m (8.34m), at the Springfield Invitational on Dec. 7. Braboy was named the Little East Conference Field Athlete of the Week twice on the season.
As a sophomore in 2012-13, Braboy was one of two individuals to qualify for the 2013 NCAA Div. III Championships on March 8-9 and finished 14th in the 400m with a time of 59.14. Meanwhile, Braboy was also a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished 10th overall at the NCAA Championships with a time of 3:54.86. She took first in the 400m (58.53) at the Tufts Last Chance Meet on March 2 and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that broke the previous program record with a third place time of 3:53.01. Braboy finished 11th in the preliminaries of the 400m with a season-high time of 57.43 and 14th in the triple jump (11.13m) at the N.E. Open Championships on Feb. 23. She earned All-New England honors with fourth place finishes in both the triple jump (10.91m), the 400m (59.26) and as part of the 4x200m relay team which finished second (1:45.66), while also placing 11th in the 200m (26.78), 12th in the long jump (4.94m) and 17th in the preliminaries of the 55m (7.60) at the 2013 N.E. Div. III Championships on Feb. 16. Braboy earned N.E. Alliance honors in four events, as she placed first in the triple jump (10.78), second in the 400m (58.02), fifth in the long jump with a season-high mark of 5.10m and sixth in the 200m with a season-high time of 26.42 at the N.E. Alliance Championships on Feb. 10. She also finished ninth in the preliminaries of the 55m (7.54) and helped lead the 4x200m relay team to a first place finish and a program-record time of 1:44.50.
Braboy placed third in the 400m (58.85), fourth in the long jump (4.98m), seventh in the triple jump (10.54m), seventh in the 200m (26.75) and 19th in the preliminaries of the 60m with a season-high time of 8.23 at the Tufts Stampede Invitational on Feb. 2. She finished 18th in the triple jump (10.56m), 26th in the 400m (57.70) and 45th in the 60m (8.24) at the B.U. Terrier Invitational on Jan. 26. Braboy placed first in the triple jump with a season-high mark of 10.93m and second in the 400m (59.04) at the Wesleyan Invitational on Jan. 19. She placed first in the triple jump (10.61m), first in the long jump (4.68m), first in the 600m with a season-high time of 1:41.58 and second in the 55m (7.75) at the Coast Guard Invitational on Jan. 12. Braboy placed second in the triple jump (10.26m), third in the 200m (27.22) and sixth in both the long jump (4.72m) and the 55m (7.64) at the Southern Maine Invitational on Jan. 5. She finished sixth in the 400m (59.32), 20th in the 55m with a season-high time of (7.44) and also helped lead the 4x440m relay team to a sixth place finish and a program-record time of 4:08.40 at the Harvard Open on Dec. 8. Braboy placed first in the 600m (1:41.80), third in the triple jump (10.61m) and fifth in the 60m with a season-high time of 8.18 at the Springfield Invitational on Dec. 1. She was named the Little East Conference Track Athlete of the Week once on the season.
As a freshman in 2011-12, Braboy was named the team MVP. She broke her own program record and earned All-ECAC honors with a season-best effort and fourth place finish in the 400m (57.36), while also finishing 21
st in the triple jump (10.46m), at the ECAC Div. III Championships on March 3. She placed 11
th in the 400m (57.75) and also placed 19
th in the triple jump (10.75m) at the NEICAAA Championships on Feb. 25. Braboy earned All-New England honors with a fourth place finish in the 400m (58.65) at the 2012 N.E. Div. III Championships on Feb. 18. Aside from her stellar performance in the 400m, Braboy finished 11
th in the 200m (26.67) and 13
th in the triple jump (10.66m). She earned N.E. Alliance honors in three events at the N.E. Alliance Championships on Feb. 11, as she claimed the Alliance Championship in the 400m with a first place finish (58.87), placed second in the triple jump (10.91m) and a fourth place finish in the 200m (26.69). Braboy also placed ninth with a season-best performance in the long jump (4.93m) and finished ninth with a season-best effort in the preliminaries of the 55m (7.55).

th place finish and a time of 4:05.77 at the BU Terrier Invitational on Jan. 27. She finished first with a season-best performance in the triple jump (10.85m), second in the 400m (59.63), and broke the program record with a season-best effort and a fourth place finish in the 60m (8.15) at the Wesleyan Invitational on Jan. 21. Braboy earned first place in five different events, including the 55m (7.58), the 600m (1:42.60), the 200m (27.11), the long jump (4.70m) and the triple jump (10.79m) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Jan. 14. She finished second in the 200m (26.68), second in the triple jump (10.63m) and third in the 55m (7.60) at the Southern Maine Invitational on Jan. 7. Braboy placed third in the 400m (59.00) and fourth in the triple jump (11.02m) at the Harvard Invitational on Dec. 10. She finished first with a season-best mark in the 600m (1:41.94) and second in the triple jump (10.66m) at the Springfield Invitational on Dec. 3. Braboy was named the Little East Conference Rookie Track Athlete of the Week twice on the year and was also named the Little East Conference Rookie Field Athlete of the Week once as well.

As a senior in 2015, Braboy finished out the season with a 12
th place finish in the triple jump (11.76m) at the NCAA National on May 21-23. She earned All-ECAC honors with a fifth place finish in the triple jump (11.84m;
season-best), while also placing ninth in the 400m (57.85), at the ECAC Championships on May 14-15. Braboy placed fifth in the triple jump (11.72m) and 26
th in the 400m (57.87) at the N.E. Open Championships on May 8-9. She earned All-New England honors with a fifth place finish in the triple jump (11.55m), while also finishing 18
th in the 200m (26.33;
season-best) at the N.E. Div. III Championships on Apr. 30-May 2. Braboy earned a trio of N.E. Alliance honors, finishing first in the triple jump (11.49m), second in the 400m (57.58) and fifth in the 200m (26.72) at the Alliance Championship on Apr. 25.
She placed first in the triple jump (11.43m), fourth in the 100m (12.94) and fourth in the 200m (26.21) at the Eric Loeschner Invitational on Apr. 18. Braboy placed first in the triple jump (11.37m), second in the 400m (56.64;
season-best) and sixth in the 200m (26.43) at the Brown Invitational on Apr. 11. She finished first in the triple jump (10.59m), third in the 100m (12.61;
season-best) and third in the 200m (25.82) at the Corsair Invitational on Apr. 4. Braboy finished second in the 100m (12.97) at the Coast Guard Invitational on Mar. 28. She was named the Little East Conference Field Athlete of the Week once on the season.
As a junior in 2014, she finished 17th in the triple jump (11.30m) at the NCAA National Championships on May 22-24. She placed fifth in the triple jump (11.75m) to earn All-ECAC honors and broke her own program record in the event along the way at the ECAC Championships on May 15-16. Braboy finished 15th in the triple jump (11.31m) and 18th in the 400m preliminaries (58.72) at the N.E. Open Championships on May 9-10. She placed third in the triple jump (11.44m) to earn All-New England honors at the N.E. Div. III Championships on May 3. Braboy earned a pair of N.E. Alliance honors at the N.E. Alliance Championships on April 27, as she took first place in the triple jump (10.88m) and finished third in the 400m (60.25), while also finishing 16th in the 200m (27.11).
She finished second in the triple jump (11.19m), third in the 800m (2:27.50) and fourth in the 200m (26.96) at the Silfen Invitational on April 19. Braboy took second in the 400m (57.87
; season-best) and finished fifth in the triple jump (11.29m) at the Brown Invitational on April 12. She took first place in the triple jump (10.92m) and fourth in the 200m (26.72
; season-best) at the Corsair Invitational on April 5. Braboy placed first in the triple jump (10.93m) and fourth in the 800m (2:24.96
; season-best) at the Coast Guard Invitational on March 29. She was named the Little East Conference Field Athlete of the Week twice on the season.
As a sophomore in 2013, Braboy placed 19
th in the 400m (57.57) and11th in the 4x400m relay (3:50.97) at the NCAA National Championships on May 23.She earned All-ECAC honors as part of the 4x400m relay (3
rd, 3:50.99) and placed ninth in the 400m (57.99) at the ECAC Championships on May 16-17. Dorsey placed 13th in the 400m (56.80;
season best) and third as part of the 4x400m relay (3:49.52;
program record) at the N.E. Open Championships on May 10-11. She earned All-New England honors in three events, placing fifth in the triple jump (11.09m), eighth in the 400m (58.42) and as part of the 4x400m that finished in third place (3:54.01) at the N.E. Div. III Championships on May 4. Braboy earned a pair of N.E. Alliance honors as she was the N.E. Alliance Champion in the triple jump (11.11m;
season best) and as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:55.93) that took first place overall at the N.E. Alliance Championships on April 27. She also placed fourth as part of the 4x100m relay (48.80;
program record). Braboy also placed ninth in both the 200m (26.55) and the 400m (60.39).
She posted a first place finish in the triple jump (10.51m), while also placing second in the 400m (59.81), fourth in the long jump (4.66m), fifth in the 200m (27.32), and sixth in the 800m (2:28.02) at the Silfen Invitational on April 20. Braboy placed fourth in both the triple jump (11.03m) and the 400m (56.94), while also finishing 10th in the 200m (26.42) at the Brown Invitational on April 13. She took first place in the triple jump (10.53m), third in the 200m (26.05;
season best) and fifth in the 100m (13.03) at the Corsair Invitational on April 6. Braboy placed third in both the triple jump (10.67m) and the 800m (2:21.91;
season best) at the Coast Guard Invitational on March 30.
As a freshman in 2012, Braboy was named Little East Conference Rookie Track Athlete of the Year and team MVP. She placed 14
th in the 400m (57.36) at the NCAA National Championships on May 26. She earned All-ECAC honors in the 400m with a second place finish (56.32) and placed 11th in the 200m (25.69) at the ECAC Championships on May 18. She placed second in the 400m with a new program record (56.20), tied for 11th in the triple jump with a season-best leap (10.98m) and finished 15th in the 200m with a new program record (25.33) at the New England Open Championships on May 11-12. Braboy earned All-New England honors in two events at the N.E. Div. III Championships on May 5. She was the New England Champion in the 400m (56.45) and also placed seventh in the triple jump (10.76). She picked up four N.E. Alliance honors, placing first in the 400m (57.69), third in the 200m (25.93), fourth in the triple jump (10.73m) and sixth in the 800m with a season-best time (2:24.35), while also placing 11
th in the long jump (4.85m), at the Alliance Championships on April 28.
Braboy placed first in both the 400m (57.76) and the triple jump (10.88m), while notching second place finishes in both the 200m (26.33) and the long jump (4.70m), at the Silfen Invitational on April 28. She placed first in the 400m (57.02) and second in the triple jump (10.85m) at the Bernard Solomon Husky Invitational on April 14. Braboy placed first with a season-best performance in the long jump (5.02m), first in the 200m (26.57) and was also a member of the 1,600m sprint medley relay squad that earned a first place finish and established a new program record with a time of 4:21.80 at the Corsair Classic on April 7. She placed first in the long jump (4.88m) and fourth in the 800m (2:24.74) at the Coast Guard Bear Invitational on March 31.
She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Rhode Island College in 2017. Braboy is a 2011 graduate of St. Mary's-Bay View Academy.
