Sarina Marines (Cranston, R.I.) was named Second Team All-Little East, while freshman defensive specialist
Caroline Morrell (Gorham, Maine) was named to the Little East Sportsmanship Team, for their respective performances in women's volleyball during the 2024 season.
Marines earned Second Team All-LEC honors for the second consecutive season. She appeared in 71 sets in 20 matches on the season. Marines hit .187 (241-93-791) with 241 kills (3.4/set), 29 service aces (0.41/set) and 210 digs (2.9/set). She had eight double-doubles on the season. Marines posted a season-high 22 kills in a 3-1 win at Fitchburg State on Aug. 31 and again in a 3-2 win at Dean on Sept. 12. She registered a season-best 17 digs in a 3-1 setback at Westfield State on Sept. 7.
Morrell appeared in 80 sets in 23 matches. She hit .214 (4-1-14) with 37 services aces (0.46/set) and 70 digs (0.88/set). Morrell registered a season-best nine digs in a 3-0 win vs. Southern Maine on Oct. 19. She knocked down a season-best four service aces in a 3-1 win over Elms on Sept. 30.

Jenn Cabral's team wrapped up the 2024 season with a 13-10 overall record and a 3-5 (sixth place tie) in the Little East. RIC's 13 wins were the most in a season in five years.
