RIC Men's Basketball Posts 3.0 Team GPA After the Fall 2025 Semester

Providence, R.I.--The Rhode Island College men's basketball program is proud to have earned a 3.0 cumulative team GPA following the 2025 fall semester, continuing its success in the classroom.

Senior Loudon Chupas (Colchester, Conn.), junior Mike Paquette (Cranston, R.I.), freshman Noe Bom (Hamburg, Germany) and freshman Kyle Prete (North Providence, R.I.) each earned Dean's List recognition with an additional two student-athletes earning at least a 3.20 GPA.

"Graduating our student-athletes and performing well in the classroom have been important to us from day one," said Head Men's Basketball Coch Sam Ferry. "It doesn't mean that guys won't bump their heads once in a while, but going to class and valuing the educational opportunity provided here at RIC is a foundational piece of what this program is about."
