Providence, R.I.—Rhode Island College freshman Oceanna Orlandi (East Greenwich, R.I.) was named the Little East Women's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week for her performance in a 1-0 win over UMass Boston on Sept. 20.
Orlandi made seven saves to earn her third shutout as RIC remained unbeaten in Little East play with a 1-0 victory over UMass Boston.
For the season, she has played in six games, starting all of them. Orlandi is 4-2 with three shutouts, a 0.74 goals-against average, 27 saves and a .871 save percentage in 488:51 of action.
Head Coach Phil Pincince's team is 5-2 overall and 2-0 in the Little East.
In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will continue Little East play at Southern Maine on Saturday, Sept. 27 (1 p.m.).
