Jenna Cosgrove guided the Anchorwomen to a new record for wins with a 29-1 overall mark and went 16-0 in the Little East (first place).
Rhode Island College went undefeated in Little East play for the first time in program history en route to winning the club's fourth straight Little East Regular Season Championship.
After earned a bye in the first round of the Little East Championship, the No. 1 seeded Anchorwomen defeated No. 4-seeded Eastern Connecticut, 67-40, in the semifinals on Feb. 22.
RIC hosted No. 2-seeded UMass Dartmouth in the LEC Championship finals and defeated the Corsairs, 67-52, on Feb. 24 to capture the program fourth straight and six overall LEC Tournament Championship.
The Anchorwomen would embark on a deep NCAA Tournament run, reaching the NCAA Div. III Championship's Sweet 16 for the second year in a row.
Rhode Island College hosted first and second round games on the NCAA Championship at The Murray Center for just the second time in program history.
In the first round, RIC downed Saint Joseph's (ME), 56-37, on March 1 and then defeated St. John Fisher, 66-43, on March 2 to reach the Sweet 16.
Rhode Island College was selected as a host site for the NCAA Div. III Championship Sectional Semifinals and Finals for the first time in program history.
The Anchorwomen's NCAA Tournament run came to an end in a 61-55 loss vs. No. 19 Washington and Lee on March 8.
Cosgrove was a finalist for the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Pat Summitt Trophy, which recognizes the top women's basketball coach (NCAA Div. III) in the nation for the second straight season. Cosgrove was named the D3hoops.com Region 2, New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) and Little East Conference Coach of the Year on the season.
Graduate guard
Sophia Guerrier (Waltham, Mass.) closed out her career having played 95 games, starting 89 of them. She averaged 11.4 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 1.9 apg and 2.7 spg. Guerrier totaled 1,085 points, 518 rebounds, 179 assists and 253 steals for her career.
As a graduate in 2023-24, Guerrier was named a Fifth Team All-American by D3hoops.com, an Honorable Mention All-American by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA), First Team All-Region 2 by D3hoops.com, the Little East Player of the Year, First Team All-Little East, Little East All-Defensive Team and First Team All-Region by the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA).
She played in 30 games, starting all of them. Guerrier averaged 11.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.5 apg and 3.0 spg. She scored her 1,000
th career point in the club's, 68-27, win at Southern Maine on Dec. 6. Guerrier scored her 1,000
th career point as an Anchorwoman in RIC's, 78-38, win at Plymouth State on Feb. 3. She reached double figures in scoring 22 times on the season. Guerrier scored a season-high 21 points to go along with seven boards and five steals in a 76-47 win vs. Southern Maine on Jan. 24. She grabbed 10 rebounds in a game twice on the season. Guerrier ripped a season-best eight steals in the NCAA Championship first round win over Saint Joseph's (ME), 56-37, on March 1. She was named the Little East Player of the Week three times on the season.
As a senior in 2020-21, Guerrier was named a D3hoops.com Third Team All-American, Northeast/East Region Player of the Year and First Team All-Region. She was named a 2021 Women's Collegiate All-Star (Div. III) by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA). Guerrier was named the Little East Player and Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Little East. She was also named the Most Outstanding Player of the Little East Championship and the team's MVP.
She played in 11 games, starting all of them. Guerrier averaged 14.5 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 2.9 apg and 2.9 spg. She posted a triple double with 16 points, 13 rebounds and 10 steals, to go along with four assists in the club's, 63-38, win over Castleton on Feb. 20. Guerrier reached double figures in 10 of the 11 games she saw action in, highlighted by a season-high 24 points in RIC's, 62-53, victory over Southern Maine on Feb. 24. She dished out a season-best five assists to go along with 12 points, eight boards and four steals in a 61-56 win vs. UMass Dartmouth on Feb. 3. She was named the Little East Player of the Week four times on the season.
As a junior in 2019-20, Guerrier was named First Team All-Little East. Guerrier averaged 13.1 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.9 apg and 2.4 spg. She played in 27 games, starting 26 of them. She scored in double figures in 21 games this winter. Guerrier scored a season-high 21 points three times on the year. She grabbed a season-best 12 rebounds twice. Guerrier swiped a season-high and program record nine steals in a 49-44 loss at Eastern Connecticut in the LEC Championship final on March 1. She dished out a season-best six assists in a 62-47 win over Castleton in the LEC Championship semifinal on Feb. 27. Guerrier was named the Little East Player of the Week once on the season.
As a sophomore in 2018-19, Guerrier played in 27 games, starting 22 of them. She averaged 8.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 2.4 steals per game. Guerrier reached double figures in scoring 11 times on the season. She had 21 points, five boards, three blocks and three steals in a 68-59 win vs. Western Connecticut on Feb. 13. Guerrier grabbed eight boards in a game four times on the season. She had five assists in a game twice. Guerrier had six points and six steals in an 86-43 win over Lesley on Nov. 17.
As a freshman in 2017-18, Guerrier played a Felician University.
Fifth-year forward
Izabelle Booth (Newport, R.I.) closed out her career having played in 120 games, starting 80 of them. She averaged 8.5 ppg, 5.1 rpg and 1.2 apg. Booth totaled 1,023 points, 612 rebounds, 146 assists and 110 steals for her career.
As a fifth-year in 2023-24, Booth was named an Honorable Mention All-American by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA), First Team All-Region 2 by D3hoops.com, First Team All-Little East and Third Team All-Region by the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA). She played in 30 games, starting all of them. She averaged 11.3 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 1.3 apg and 1.1 spg. Booth scored her 1,000
th career point in the Little East Championship Final win, 67-52, over UMass Dartmouth on Feb. 24. She reached double figures in scoring 22 times on the season. Booth posted a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds in a 91-51 win over Keene State on Feb. 17. She had 18 points, six boards and five steals in a 92-42 win over VTSU Castleton on Jan. 20. Booth registered a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds in a 71-58 win over Bridgewater State on Nov. 21. She was named the Little East Player of the Week once on the season.
As a senior in 2022-23, Booth was named First Team All-Region 2 by D3hoops.com, Second Team All-Region by the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) and was a First Team All-Little East selection. She played in 32 games, starting 31 of them. She averaged 12.2 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 1.8 apg, 1.0 spg and 0.8 bpg. Booth posted 20 double-digit scoring efforts and nine games with 10 or more rebounds. She had 22 points, 10 rebounds and a pair of steals in a 66-47 trouncing of Endicott on Nov. 19. Booth scored a season-high 25 points to go along with five assists, five rebounds and two steals in an 87-47 win vs. Plymouth State on Jan. 14. She had four straight games of 10 or more points in the NCAA Div. III Tournament. Booth was named to the NEWBA Team of the Week three times and was named Little East Player of the Week once on the season.
As a junior in 2021-22, Booth played in 20 games, starting 11 of them. She averaged 7.4 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.3 apg and 1.2 spg. Booth registered a season-high 18 points with seven rebounds in a 70-55 win in the Little East Women's Basketball Championship final vs. UMass Dartmouth on Feb. 26. She scored 14 points with four rebounds and three steals in a 76-49 win at Western Connecticut on Feb. 2.
As a sophomore in 2020-21, Booth played in 11 games, starting eight of them. She averaged 5.7 ppg, 5.2 rpg and 1.0 spg. Booth had nine points in the Anchorwomen's, 61-56, win over UMass Dartmouth on Feb. 3. She had eight boards and nine points in a 57-47 win over UMD on Jan. 27. Booth had three steals, six points and four boards in a 73-43 win over Plymouth State on Jan. 30.
As a freshman in 2019-20, Booth played in 27 games. She averaged 3.0 ppg and 2.3 rpg. She scored a season-best 12 points to go along with three rebounds, three steals and a pair of assists in the 99-27 win over Elms on Nov. 16. She scored 11 points and grabbed a season-high eight boards in the club's, 89-39, win over Plymouth State on Jan. 25. Booth dished out two assists in five games this season.
She is a wellness and exercise science major with a coaching minor and a 2019 graduate of Rogers High School.
Fifth-year guard
Jeniyah Jones (Randolph, Mass.) closed out her career having played in 99 games, starting 86 of them. She averaged 7.3 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 2.3 apg and 2.1 spg. Jones totaled 718 points, 593 rebounds, 225 assists and 205 steals for her career.
As a fifth-year in 2023-24, Jones was named Second Team All-Region 2 by D3hoops.com, the Little East Defensive Player of the Year, Second Team All-Little East and to the league's All-Defensive team. Jones played in 30 games, starting all of them. Jones averaged 6.8 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 3.2 apg and 2.4 spg. She had 12 points and 14 rebounds in a 62-50 win over UMass Dartmouth on Jan. 31. Jones registered four points, 11 rebounds, six assists and three steals in a 75-46 win over Keene State on Jan. 13. She had 14 points, nine rebounds, four assists, two blocks and a pair of steals in the club's, 67-52, win over UMass Dartmouth in the Little East Championship final on Feb. 24. She was named the Little East Player of the Week once on the season.
As a senior in 2022-23, Jones was named to the Little East's All-Defensive Team for the second straight season. Jones was named the Little East Championship's Most Outstanding Player. She played in 32 games, starting all of them. She averaged 9.6 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 2.1 apg and 2.2 spg. Jones had 15 double-digit scoring outbursts and 22 contests with multiple steals, which included a streak of 12 games. She had 18 points, seven rebounds and four steals in a 61-52 win against Bates on Dec. 30. Jones stuffed the stat sheet with 17 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals in a 75-35 win over Southern Maine on Jan. 25. She had 15 points, nine rebounds and four steals in a 64-56 win over Chicago in the NCAA Tournament on March 10. Jones was named to the NEWBA Team of the Week one time and was named Little East Player of the Week once on the season.
As a junior in 2021-22, Jones was named to the Little East All-Defensive Team. Jones played in 29 games, starting in 24 of them. She averaged 6.4 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 2.0 apg and 2.2 spg. Jones scored in double-figures in eight games and grabbed 10 or more rebounds on four occasions. She scored a season-high 14 points to go with nine rebounds and four steals in a 66-62 win at Wesleyan on Nov. 28. Jones netted 13 points, pulled down 14 rebounds and dished out five assists in a 72-52 victory vs. Southern Maine on Jan. 15. She had 13 points and 12 rebounds in a 59-37 victory vs. Southern Maine in the Little East Championship semifinal game on Feb. 24. Jones was named Little East Player of the Week once this season.
As a sophomore in 2020-21, Jones played in eight games. She averaged 2.8 ppg and 1.9 rpg. Jones had nine points and five board in RIC's, 72-20, win over Plymouth State in the Little East semifinals on March 3.
She is a justice studies and a sociology major with a minor in psychology and a 2019 graduate of Braintree High School.
Fifth-year center
Neleesha Meunier (Leominster, Mass.) closed out her career having played in 108 games, starting six of them. She averaged 4.8 ppg and 3.6 rpg. Meunier totaled 517 points and 384 rebounds for her career.
As a fifth-year in 2023-24, Meunier played in 29 games, starting one of them. She averaged 5.5 ppg and 4.0 rpg. Meunier registered a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds in the club's, 53-48, win over Babson on Nov. 26. She had 14 points and four rebounds in a 92-42 win over VTSU Castleton on Jan. 20.
As a senior in 2022-23, Meunier played in 31 games, starting two of them. She averaged 6.9 ppg and 4.5 rpg. Meunier scored a season-high 15 points to go along with seven boards in just 16 minutes in a 67-59 win over Rowan in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament on March 3. She played 16 minutes and scored 14 points and grabbed nine rebounds in an 87-47 win vs. Plymouth State on Jan. 14.
As a junior in 2021-22, Meunier played in 25 games, starting two of them. She averaged 3.7 ppg and 2.6 rpg. Meunier earned her first career double-double with a 10-point, 10-rebound effort in a 71-36 win vs. Emerson on Jan. 8. She established a career-high with 12 points in a 72-52 victory vs. Southern Maine on Jan. 15.
As a sophomore in 2020-21, Meunier played in eight games, starting one of them. She averaged 3.4 ppg and 3.8 rpg. Meunier had eight points in a 62-53 win over Southern Maine on Feb. 24. She pulled in a season-best 10 boards in a 47-31 win over Plymouth State on Feb. 13.
As a freshman in 2019-20, Meunier played in 15 games. She averaged 1.5 ppg and 2.1 rpg. She had a season-best 11 points to go along with six rebounds, one steal and one block in the 99-27 win over Elms on Nov. 16. Meunier scored five points and grabbed seven boards in an 89-39 win over Plymouth State on Jan. 25. She had a season-high seven rebounds in a game twice this winter.
She is a nursing major and a 2019 graduate of Clinton High School.

Olivia Middleton (Barrington, R.I.) played in 29 games, starting one of them. She averaged 6.2 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 2.0 apg and 1.1 spg. She had 17 points in a 91-51 win over Keene State on Feb. 17. Middleton registered 14 points in the club's, 53-48, win over Babson on Nov. 26. She had six assists, five boards, three steals and two points in a 92-42 win over VTSU Castleton on Jan. 20.
Prior to coming to RIC, Middleton played four seasons at Saint Lawrence. She is a 2019 graduate of Barrington High School.
Junior guard
Jayda Bing (Hamilton, N.J.) played in 24 games. She averaged 4.7 ppg, 2.3 rpg and 1.2 apg. Bing had 11 points, seven boards and two steals in a 62-50 win over UMass Dartmouth on Jan. 31. She had 13 points and five rebounds in the club's, 73-38 win over Plymouth State on Feb. 3.
Junior guard
Madison Medbury (Scituate, R.I.) was named Second Team All-Region 2 by D3hoops.com, First Team All-Little East, Fourth Team All-Region by the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) and the Most Outstanding Player of the 2024 Little East Women's Basketball Championship. She played in 29 games, starting all of them. Medbury averaged 8.8 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 3.6 apg and 2.2 spg. She had 25 points and eight boards in a 60-56 win at Trinity at Nov. 29. Medbury had 11 points, four boards, six assists and three steals in RIC's, 71-58, win over Bridgewater State on Nov. 21. She had eight points, two boards, five assists and seven steals in a 69-31 win over UMass Dartmouth on Jan. 4. She was named the Little East Player of the Week twice on the season.
Junior forward
Angelina Nardolillo (Hinsdale, N.H.) was named Second Team All-Little East. She played in 29 games, starting all of them. She averaged 10.8 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 1.3 apg and 0.9 spg. Nardolillo reached double digits in scoring 17 times on the season. She had 19 points, five boards, two blocks and three steals in a 70-48 win over William Paterson on Nov. 18. Nardolillo posted 18 points and 12 rebounds in the club's, 77-50, win over VTSU Castleton on Dec. 2. She had 11 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks in the NCAA Championship First Round, 56-37, win over Saint Joseph's (ME) on March 1. Nardolillo had 19 points and nine boards in the NCAA Championship Second Round, 66-43, win over St. John Fisher on March 2. She was named the Little East Player of the Week twice on the season.
Junior forward
Maggie Schwab (Saunderstown, R.I.) played in 24 games. She averaged 3.0 ppg and 1.6 rpg. Schwab had 10 points and two boards in a 92-42 win over VTSU Castleton on Jan. 20. She had four points, seven boards, one assist and one steal in 77-50 win over VTSU Castleton on Dec. 2.
Sophomore guard
Elli Cox (Deerfield, N.H.) played in 21 games. She averaged 0.3 ppg, 0.7 rpg and 0.4 apg. Cox had two points and one rebound in RIC's, 68-27, win over Southern Maine on Dec. 6. She had three rebounds in the Anchorwomen's, 72-25, win over Plymouth State on Jan. 6.

Claire Greene (Storrs, Conn.) played in 30 games. She averaged 2.4 ppg and 2.3 rpg. Greene had seven points and three rebounds in a 72-25 win over Plymouth State on Jan. 6. She had seven points, two boards and a pair of steals in a 74-33 win over Western Connecticut on Jan. 9. Greene had four points, three rebounds two assists and one steal in RIC's, 60-56, win over Trinity on Nov. 29.
Freshman guard
Bailey Burke (New Bedford, Mass.) played in 18 games. She averaged 0.8 ppg and 1.1 rpg. Burke had three points, two boards and a block in a 67-40 win over Eastern Connecticut in the Little East Championship semifinal on Feb. 22. She had two points and three rebounds in a 90-40 win vs. UMass Boston on Dec. 9.
Freshman guard
Maggie McKitchen (Seekonk, Mass.) played in 23 games. She averaged 2.3 ppg and 1.0 rpg. McKitchen had nine points in RIC's, 90-40, win over UMass Boston on Dec. 9. She had six points, two rebounds and a steal in an 80-41 win over Western Connecticut on Feb. 7. McKitchen was named the Little East Rookie of the Week once on the season.
Freshman guard
Vanessa Venditti (Wethersfield, Conn.) played in 18 games. She averaged 0.1 ppg and 0.3 rpg. She had two points and one rebound in the club's, 65-52, win over Baldwin Wallace on Dec. 21.
