Arianna De Thomas (Providence, R.I.) and freshman
Faith Owren (Richmond, R.I.) were recognized by the Little East for their respective performances in the Anchorwomen's, 6-1, win over Hartford on Sept. 6.
De Thomas was named the Little East Women's Tennis Co-Player of the Week. She won in straight sets (6-0, 6-0) at No. 1 singles and paired with Owren for a 6-0 shutout at No. 2 doubles.
Owren was named the Little East Women's Tennis Rookie of the Week. She won in straight sets (6-0, 6-0) at No. 4 singles and paired with De Thomas for a 6-0 shutout at No. 2 doubles.
