Springfield, Mass.--The 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams each earned All-New England honors as the Rhode Island College women's track and field team tied for 29th at the 2026 N.E. Div. III Championships, hosted by Springfield on Saturday.

THE BASICS
• The Anchorwomen finished tied for 29th (38 teams) with a team score of 9.0. Connecticut College took home the title with a team score of 100.0.

• Freshman
Naibel Noriega (Providence, R.I.) earned All-New England honors with a fifth place finish in the 4x100m relay (48.48) and a fourth place finish in the 4x400m relay (4:05.51). She also placed 11th in the 400m (59.82).Â

Quiana Pezza (Cranston, R.I.) earned All-New England honors with a fifth place finish in the 4x100m relay (48.48) and a fourth place finish in the 4x400m relay (4:05.51). She also finished 12th in the 100m preliminaries (12.47) and 15th in the 200m (26.17).Â

Bendu Kamara (Pawtucket, R.I.) earned All-New England honors with a fifth place finish in the 4x100m relay (48.48) and a fourth place finish in the 4x400m relay (4:05.51). She also finished 20th in the 100m preliminaries (12.73) and 20th in the 200m (26.42).

Aaliyah Barbour-Chamblee (Providence, R.I.) earned All-New England honors with a fifth place finish in the 4x100m relay (48.48). She also finished 25th in the 400m (1:02.81).Â

Lexie Zakrzewski (Taunton, Mass.) earned All-New England honors with a fourth place finish in the 4x400m relay (4:05.51). She also finished 22nd in the 400m (1:02.28).
