Jake Novak (Plymouth, Mass.) continued his hot streak at the plate by going 2-for-5 with three RBI as Rhode Island College won for the third straight game with a 10-7 victory at Babson on Thursday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Senior first baseman
Daniel Cascio (East Hampton, Conn.) hit a solo blast in the top of the first to put the visitors on top.

• RIC used a three-run second and two-run third to build a 6-0 lead.

• The Beavers put across two runs in both the third and fourth to climb within a pair, 6-4, but Novak knocked in two in the top of the fifth to keep the Anchormen in front.

• Junior shortstop
Parker Camelo (Bristol, R.I.) scored on a passed ball, while Cascio notched an RBI ground out in the sixth to give the visitors a comfortable margin.
