Providence, R.I.—Rhode Island College has named Nick Croce '20 as an assistant baseball coach. He will primarily work with the hitters and catchers and serve as the program's recruiting coordinator.
"We are excited to add Nick to the staff to work with hitters and catchers as well as recruiting efforts," Head Coach Cody Kauffman said. "His experience and knowledge of recruiting the area will be great for the growth of the program!"
"I am honored to return to my alma mater and join the baseball program," Croce said. "I look forward to working alongside Cody and the staff to continue building on the success of this program."
Croce most recently served as the associate head baseball coach and recruiting coordinator at Clark University from 2022-24. He has also served as an assistant coach for the New Britain Bees (FCBL), head junior varsity and assistant varsity at Bishop Hendricken High School, assistant coach at Mount Saint Charles Academy and as a head coach and catching coordinator with the Ocean State Bandits.
Croce has also worked at Providence College as both the head and assistant equipment manager.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Rhode Island College in 2020, a master's degree in education from Providence College in 2022 and a master's degree in business administration from Clark in 2024.
