Boston, Mass.—Senior
Samantha Sainristil (Cranston, R.I.) finished broke the program record in the shot as the Rhode Island College women's track and field team competed at the 2025 John Thomas Terrier Classic, hosted by Boston University on Friday.
THE BASICS
• It was an individual meet with no team scoring and featured mostly Div. I and II competition.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Sainristil took ninth in the shot (12.25m) with a RIC program record and finished eighth in the weight throw (14.96m).
