Noe Bom (Hamburg, Germany) scored 17 points, dished out six assists and grabbed five boards as the Rhode Island College men's basketball team fell vs. Brandeis, 80-76, which was played at The Murray Center on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Judges connected on just over half of their three point attempts (7-for-13) in the first 20 minutes, but RIC's bench put up 30 points to keep the game within reach as the hosts headed into the second half down by just one, 40-39.

• The Anchormen started off the second half on a 21-14 run as senior forward
Tyriek Weeks (Warwick, R.I.) made a layup to put RIC up six, 60-54, at the 11-minute mark.

• Brandeis knocked down a triple with seven minutes left to retake the lead, 65-63, as the game continued to swing back and forth.

Loudon Chupas (Colchester, Conn.) drove through the lane and made a tough layup with three minutes left, however, several key turnovers prevented the Anchormen from evening the game down the stretch.

• Weeks posted a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds.

• Chupas registered 17 points and five rebounds to help pace the Anchormen.
