Cortland, N.Y.--Fifth-year Olivia Keyes (Bridgewater, Mass.) tied for first on floor (9.800) as the Rhode Island College women's gymnastics team opened the 2024-25 season with a fourth place (five teams) finish at Cortland on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Keyes was 20^th on vault (9.375), 35^th on bars (6.950) and second on beam (9.625) to finish fourth in the all-around (35.750).
 
• Freshman Aaliyah Krause (Milwaukee, Wis.) was second on vault (9.575), 23^rd on bars (8.425), seventh on beam (9.400) and tied for seventh on floor (9.650) to finish fourth in the all-around (37.050).
 
• Sophomore Payton Greene (Mannford, Okla.) was third on vault (9.550) and tied for eighth on bars (9.200).
 
• Fifth-year Emma Tucker (Pompton Plains, N.J.) finished fourth on floor (9.700).
 
• Freshman Madeline Brandt (North Hampton, N.H.) finished sixth on beam (9.475) and tied for ninth on floor (9.625).
 
• Sophomore Presley Cuen (Roswell, Ga.) tied for seventh on floor (9.650).
