Providence, R.I.--Freshman defender/goalkeeper Giana Franco (Salem, Conn.) recorded five ground balls, caused one turnover and made four saves as Rhode Island College lost vs. Keene State, 18-0, in Little East action played at Alumni Field on Saturday afternoon.

• The Owls took total control of the game from the start, building a 10-0 lead by the end of the first quarter.
 
• Keene State continued to control the action, scoring eight more goals over the final 45 minutes, while holding the Anchorwomen to just four shots.
 
• Freshman attacker Livia Sweeney (North Kingstown, R.I.) had two shots on the day.
 
• Freshman goalkeeper Fiona Baxter (East Greenwich, R.I.) played the first half in net before giving way to Franco for the final 30 minutes. She made six saves in the loss (1-4).
 
• KSC fifth-year midfielder Haile Ratajack (Brewster, N.Y.) led the Owls with five goals, two assists, five ground balls and four caused turnovers. Sophomore goalkeeper Mabelle Bessette (Belchertown, Mass.) recorded one save in the win (7-3).
