Providence, R.I.—Senior shortstop Izaiah Rivera (Pawtucket, R.I.) and junior catcher Lucas Pierce (Chepachet, R.I.) registered the only hits for the Anchormen in a 14-1 loss vs. Southern Maine in the second game of a Little East doubleheader played at Pontarelli Field on Saturday afternoon.

• The Huskies scored eight runs in the fourth inning, followed by a four-run fifth inning, to take a 14-0 lead.
 
• Pierce tallied the lone RBI for RIC after a base hit single sent Rivera across home plate.
 
• Southern Maine graduate starting pitcher Owen Sullivan (Biddeford, Maine) threw a no-hitter for 5.1 innings on the way to his first win (1-1.)
 
• RIC junior starting pitcher Ryan Seaver (Norton, Mass.) suffered the loss (1-2).
