Rhode Island College (7-6-3, 3-2-2 LEC)
Keene State (7-3-7, 3-0-5 LEC)

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The first half saw little action due to the heavy rain and wind that was prevalent throughout the game. Junior forward Tayla Salome (Lincoln, R.I.) was able to dribble around Keene State sophomore goalkeeper Sonia Moritz (Silver Spring, Md.) in the 15th minute, but her tough-angle shot attempt hit the side of the post.

• After a scoreless first half, RIC was awarded three consecutive corner kicks in the 57th minute. On the third attempt, sophomore back Karen Johnson-Hoffman (Groton, Conn.) was able to find Williams in the box, who finished the play to put the Anchorwomen up, 1-0.

• Keene State picked up the pace of play to try and tie the game to little avail until the 84th minute when senior forward Kendall Healey (Halifax, Mass.) took a long range shot that slipped by RIC  junior goalkeeper Chloe Angelone (Bayville, N.Y.) to bring the game to even.

• Angelone recorded four saves in the tie (7-1-3).

• Mortiz tallied three saves in the draw (4-1-6).
