THE BASICS
Rhode Island College 66, Plymouth State 43
Rhode Island College (20-5, 15-1 LEC)
Plymouth State (2-19, 1-15 LEC)

HOW IT HAPPENED
• RIC recognized McBorrough, senior guard Abby Phelan (Norton, Mass.), senior guard Maire Gallagher (Worcester, Mass.) and senior team manager Ryan Fleming, along with their families, with a Senior Day Ceremony before the start of today's game. Poetically, Phelan, Gallagher and McBorrough scored the first three buckets for the Anchorwomen.

• With the win, Rhode Island College clinched the outright Little East Women's Basketball Regular Season Title. The Anchorwomen had captured at least a share of the championship, along with securing the No. 1 seed for the upcoming LEC Championship, in a 61-54 win over UMass Dartmouth on Tuesday night.

• It is the fourth LEC Regular Season Championship for the club (2022, '21, '14, '12).

• The Anchorwomen would not trail for the entire game and would wind up victorious for the 20th time this season.

• McBorrough also registered five rebounds, two assists, two blocks and a pair of steals.

• Gallagher scored 10 points and pulled down six rebounds in her final home regular season game.

• Phelan provided 11 points in her regular season finale.

• Freshman forward Angelina Nardolillo (Hinsdale, N.H.) led the hosts with a team-high 13 points, most of which came in the second half.

• PSU junior guard Jalen Cook (Monkton, Vt.) paced the Panthers with a game-high 19 points and eight rebounds.
