Jayde Fernandes (Pawtucket, R.I.) each scored, but the Rhode Island College women's soccer team saw Regis score two second-half goals to down the Anchorwomen, 3-2, on Wednesday evening at Alumni Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Forte snapped an almost 400-minute goalless drought for the Anchorwomen with her first strike of the season in the 21
st minute. Fernandes notched the assists on the marker.
• The lead proved to be short-lived as Regis sophomore midfielder
Payton Bridge (Norton, Mass.) netted the equalizer 52 seconds later.
• Forte repaid Fernandes by setting her up for her first goal of the year in the 28
th minute.
• RIC took a 2-1 lead into halftime. Regis held a 10-5 advantage in shots in the first half.
• The Anchorwomen held on to the lead until the final 10 minutes of the contest when the Pride scored twice in 47 seconds to take the lead.

Aria Ulmer (Henniker, N.H.) scored on a penalty kick in the 82
nd minute to give the Pride their first lead of the day on what proved to be the game-winning goal.

Angie Caldwell (Goffstown, N.H.) stopped all three Anchorwomen offerings she saw in the second half to pick up her first win (1-0).
