• RIC jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the first as Parrillo brought in one with a sacrifice fly and sophomore designated hitter
Jarrad Grossguth (Coventry, R.I.) smacked a two-run homer.

• The visitors tacked on one in the fourth, two in the fifth and one in the sixth to build a 7-1 advantage.
