Madison Medbury (Scituate, R.I.) each scored a game-high 16 points as the Rhode Island College women's basketball team blew out an undermanned Bard squad, 81-16, on Saturday afternoon at The Murray Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Nardolillo added seven rebounds, three assists and two blocks, while Medbury swiped a game-high seven steals.
• Sophomore guard
Ashanti Frazier (Newington, Conn.) scored 10 points, including the first eight points of the contest, to go along with three assists, three rebounds and a trio of steals.
• Bard sophomore guard
Thalia Grandinetti (Bridgewater, N.J.) scored nine of the Raptors' 16 points. She was 3-for-8 from behind the three-point arc.
BY THE NUMBERS
• RIC shot 41 percent (36-for-88) from the field, seven percent (2-for-30) from three-point range, and 58 percent (7-for-12) at the free throw line.
• The Raptors shot 18 percent (5-for-28) from the field, 36 percent (4-for-11) from three-point range and 29 percent (2-for-7) from the charity stripe.
• Bard had 50 turnovers in the contest. RIC collected 28 steals.
• Nardolillo's streak of double-digit scoring efforts reached four straight games.
• Bard was without five players, including its leading scorer.
