Shamus Culhane (North Kingstown, R.I.) swept the All-LEC honors in the weight throw to lead Rhode Island College at the 2026 Little East Men's Track and Field Championship, hosted by Plymouth State at the Bank of New Hampshire Field House on Saturday.
THE BASICS
• Rhode Island College finished sixth (nine teams) with a team score of 55.0. Keene State won the Little East title with a team score of 145.0.
THE TOP PERFORMERS
• Mota earned First Team All-LEC honors in the weight throw with a first place finish (17.98m).
• Edjang earned Second Team All-LEC honors in the weight throw with a second place finish (16.82m).
• Culhane earned Third Team All-LEC honors in the weight throw with a third place finish (15.77m).
• Freshman
Maycol Reynoso (Providence, R.I.) finished fourth in both the 60m (7.07) and 200m (22.95) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:30.20).

Marcos Ruiz Uben (Westerly, R.I.) finished fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.77), fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:30.20) and eighth in the 400m (52.85).

Jack McEntee (Foster, R.I.) finished fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:30.20) and sixth in the 400m (51.92).
