Outdoor Track & Field (2025): Earned All-NEICAAA honors with an eighth place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:27.09) and placed 17th in the 400m hurdles (55.88) at the NEICAAA Championship on May 10...earned All-New England honors with a sixth place finish in the 4x400m (3:18.53) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 2-3...earned Third Team All-Little East honors with a third place finish in the 400m hurdles (57.23) and also finished fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:24.14) and seventh in the 110m hurdles (16.86) at the Little East Championship on April 27...placed second in the 400m hurdles (55.50) and seventh in the 110m hurdles (16.78) the Bonnie Edmondson Classic on April 18...finished second in the 400m hurdles (56.47) and seventh in the 110m hurdles (16.90) at the Ed Daniels Invitational on April 14...placed second in the 400m hurdles (56.99) at the Ocean State Cup on April 4...finished fourth in the 400m hurdles (57.23) at the Black and Gold Invitational on March 28-29...placed 11^th in the 400m hurdles (59.37) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational on March 20-22. 

Indoor Track & Field (2024-25): Finished seventh in the 60m hurdles (9.34) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 22...placed 109^th in the 400m (53.76) at the David Hemery Invitational on Feb. 14...finished fifth in the 55m hurdles (8.60), eighth in the 400m (53.69) and 20^th in the 200m (24.52) at the Coast Guard Invitational on Feb. 7...placed 83^rd in the 400m open (53.30) and 110^th in the 200m open (23.79) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Feb. 1...finished 28^th in the 400m (53.91) and 42^nd in the 200m open (23.63) at the Suffolk Relays on Jan. 11...placed second in the 600m (1:30.02), third in the 60m hurdles (9.27) and fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:49.95) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 7. 

High School: Earned All-State, All-Class and All-Division honors while at Ponaganset High School...2024 graduate.
