HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Anchorwomen shot 53 percent from the field in the first quarter to hold the lead by one, 15-14, with 10 minutes remaining in the half.

• Seven points from Wager in the second frame gave the hosts a six-point lead, 33-27, as both teams headed to the locker room to recoup.

• The Owls turned up the pace in the third quarter as the visitors quickly erased a 12-point deficit and led by a single point after three periods, 47-46.

• A pair of threes from junior guard Maggie McKitchen (Seekonk, Mass.) and sophomore guard Shalyn Smith (Middletown, Conn.) brought the RIC lead back to three, 55-52, after a hot start from the Owls in the fourth frame.

• Keene State nailed a three-pointer with 30 seconds remaining to tie it up, 62-62, but it was Wager who was fouled on the Anchorwomen's last possession and went one-for-two at the stripe to seal the win.
