Providence, R.I.—Four Rhode Island College Anchorwomen were named All-Region by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their respective performances during the 2025 outdoor track and field season.
Fifth-year
Trinity Hayes (Providence, R.I.) was named All-Region in both the 200m and 400m. Hayes was All-New England with a second place finish in the 400m (56.69), a third place effort in the 200m (24.66;
new program record) and a fifth place performance in the 4x400m relay (4:01.92) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 2-3. She earned First Team All-Little East honors with a first place finish in the 4x100m relay (48.86), Second Team All-Little East honors with three second place finishes in the 400m (59.19), 200m (24.80) and the 4x400m relay (4:13.40) and placed eighth in the 100m (13.47) at the Little East Championship on April 27.
Senior
Samantha Sainristil (Cranston, R.I.) was named All-Region in the hammer. Sainristil earned All-New England honors with a third place finish in the hammer (46.18m) and finished 12
th in the shot (11.84m) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 2-3. She earned First Team All-Little East honors with a first place finish in the hammer (47.62m) and also finished fifth in the shot (11.93m) and sixth in the discus (33.22m) at the Little East Championship on April 27.
Junior
Haley Oliver (Coventry, R.I.) was named All-Region in the 10,000m. Oliver claimed the New England Championship in the 10,000m with a first place finish (36:21.78) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 2-3. She earned First Team All-Little East Honors with two first place finishes in the 1,500m (4:52.76) and the 5,000m (18:23.32).), earned Third Team All-Little East honors with a third place finish in the 800m (2:22.27) and also finished sixth in the 4x800m relay (11:03.99) at the Little East Championship on April 27.
Junior
Bethanie Jean-Philippe (Cranston, R.I.) was named All-Region in the javelin. Jean-Philippe finished 14
th in the javelin (33.82m) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 2-3. She finished fifth in the javelin (32.33m) at the Little East Championship on April 27.
Head Coach
Timothy Rudd's team finished ninth (39 teams) with a team score of 34.0 at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 2-3. RIC placed fourth (nine teams) with a team score of 85.0 at the Little East Championship on April 27.
