Jasper Bruins Slot (Scituate, R.I.) finished first overall and earned medalist honors for the first time this spring as Rhode Island College finished first (four teams) at the Emmanuel Spring Classic played at the Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course on Wednesday afternoon.

• The course was a par-70 and measured 6,286 yards.

• The Anchormen finished first (four teams) with a combined score of 308 (+28). Emmanuel (310), Dean (362) and Elms (370) rounded out the field.

• Bruins Slot won the Spring Classic with a 69 (-1).
