HOW IT HAPPENED
• Clegg and senior
Sairaj Srinivasan (Cedar Grove, N.J.) earned a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles, but the Golden Bears won at No. 1 and 3 to secure the match's first point.
• Chartier clawed out a three-set decision at first singles, while Clegg won in straight sets, for the lone Anchormen points on the afternoon.
