Erica Botelho (Greenville, R.I.) for an 8-6 win at No. 1 doubles and then went on to win at No. 1 and 2 singles, respectively, as Rhode Island College opened Little East play with an 8-1 win over Bridgewater State at the RIC Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

• Devine won in straight sets at fifth singles and was followed by freshman
Arianna De Thomas' (Providence, R.I.) victory at third singles to clinch the match.
