HOW IT HAPPENED
• RIC was playing its first match in 10 days.
• Morin and Gouin improved to 6-1 as a tandem with an 8-1 win at No. 2 doubles as the Anchormen went into singles play down by one, 2-1.
• Three of the six singles contests went three sets, with Gouin coming out on top (7-5, 2-6, 6-4) to stay unbeaten (7-0) at third singles on the season.
