Providence, R.I.--Senior Anna Vygoder (Lincoln, R.I.) finished first in four events as Rhode Island College defeated UMass Dartmouth, 162-48, in Little East women's swimming action held at the Sandra E. Surdut Swimming Pool in the Recreation Center on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• RIC honored Vygoder, senior Rebecca Fyrer (Cranston, R.I.), senior Meghan Laflamme (Smithfield, R.I.) and senior Marta Matzko (Rumford, R.I.), along with their families, as part of Senior Day prior to the meet.
 
• Vygoder finished first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:12.74), 200-yard breaststroke (2:41.29), 100-yard IM (1:10.56) and the 800-yard freestyle relay (9:34.44).
 
• Senior Alina Krafton (Wakefield, R.I.) finished first in the 200-yard medley relay (2:25.13), 200-yard freestyle (2:21.32) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:13.60).
 
• Laflamme finished first in both the 200-yard backstroke (2:50.56) and the 800-yard freestyle relay (9:34.44) and second in the 200-yard butterfly (2:58.67).
 
• Fyrer finished first in the 50-yard freestyle (29.98), 500-yard freestyle (6:31.77) and the 800-yard freestyle relay (9:34.44) and second in the 400-yard IM (5:45.13).
 
• Sophomore Morgan McCann (Pawtucket, R.I.) finished first in the 200-yard medley relay (2:25.13), second in both the 200-yard freestyle (2:32.62) and the 100-yard IM (1:14.57) and third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:56.16).
 
• Matzko finished first in the 800-yard freestyle relay (9:34.44), second in the 100-yard freestyle (1:18.63) and third in the 200-yard butterfly (3:06.99).
 
• Freshman Nicole Sutherland (Attleboro, Mass.) finished first in both the 200-yard medley relay (2:25.13) and the 100-yard backstroke (1:32.53), second in the 200-yard backstroke (3:19.93) and third in the 50-yard freestyle (35.88).
 
• Sophomore Olivia Landry (Lincoln, R.I.) finished second in the 200-yard medley relay (2:42.43) and fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (1:45.00).
 
• Freshman Elizabeth Shepard (Smithfield, R.I.) finished second in the 200-yard medley relay (2:42.43) and third in both the 100-yard backstroke (1:41.09) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:37.48).
 
• Freshman Abigail Steinhilber (Warwick, R.I.) finished second in both the 200-yard medley relay (2:42.43) and the 100-yard backstroke (1:34.57).
 
• Freshman Ivy Par (Pawtucket, R.I.) finished first in the 200-yard medley relay (2:25.13), fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:37.05) and fifth in the 200-yard breaststroke (3:35.36).
 
Freshman Kate Clayman (Smithfield, R.I.) finished second in both the 200-yard medley relay (2:42.43) and the 500-yard freestyle (7:19.66) and third in the 100-yard IM (1:28.64).
