Angelina Nardolillo (Hinsdale, N.H.) poured in another double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds as Rhode Island College crushed UMass Boston 86-51, in the club's Little East opener at the Clark Athletic Center Gymnasium on Wednesday evening.

• Freshman guard
Naima Bleou (Worcester, Mass.) knocked down two threes in the first quarter to help build on an early, 22-14, lead for the visitors in the first 10 minutes. Bleou tied a career-high with 13 points on the night.

• RIC's 63-percent shooting from the field in the second quarter helped its cause to end the half with a commanding 23-point lead, 51-28.

• After building a nine-point, 63-54, lead after 36 minutes, the Anchorwomen buried the Beacons in the fourth quarter to pick up their first conference win.

Madison Medbury (Scituate, R.I.) nearly tallied a triple-double once again by scoring 10 points, dishing out 10 assists and grabbing nine boards.

Meagan Schuermann (Cooperstown, N.Y.) dropped in a season-high 18 points and hauled in seven rebounds in the win.
