Bridgewater, Mass.—Senior guard
Madison Medbury (Scituate, R.I.) scored a career-high 27 points and grabbed 10 boards as Rhode Island College fell vs. Bridgewater State, 83-75, in overtime at the Tinsley Center on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Both teams held a lead in the first quarter. However, Bridgewater State ended the frame on top by two, 18-16.
• With 2:06 left in the second quarter, the Bears would hold the largest lead of the half, 32-28.
• RIC would close the half on a 7-2 run and trailed by three, 34-31, at the break.
• The Anchorwomen would take the lead six minutes into the third quarter, 44-42, with a Medbury three and a pair of free throws by classmate forward
Angelina Nardolillo (Hinsdale, N.H.).
• The Anchorwomen built an eight-point lead, 62-54, four minutes into the fourth quarter.
• The Bears erupted for a 14-2 run that saw the hosts lead by four, 68-64, with just over a minute left to play.
• RIC the trailed by two with 16 seconds remaining as Nardolillo made a clutch layup off an assist from junior forward
Claire Greene (Storrs, Conn.), which would send the game to overtime.
• In the extra session, BSU went on a 10-2 run to lead, 79-73, and then sank free throws over the final minute to secure the win.
• Nardolillo registered a double-double with 20 points and a career-high 18 rebounds.
