HOW IT HAPPENED
• Kourouma pumped in 31 points and corralled 13 rebounds for the Anchormen, notching his second consecutive 30-point double-double.

• RIC surged out to a 9-1 lead, thanks to a dunk from Kourouma and the assist by senior guard Dwayne Robinson-O'Hagan (Woonsocket, R.I.).

• The Wildcats would close out the half strong as RIC committed fouls, which put JWU at the line two consecutive times, to pull within six, 34-28 at the break.

• Two three-pointers by junior guard Isaiah Dahl (Cornelius, Ore.) would put the visitors back up by 10 two minutes into the second half and the Anchormen never looked back.

• RIC led for 98.1 percent of the game and would lead by seven or more points for the rest of the contest.

• Kourouma, who pulled down his 1,000th career rebound vs. Worcester State last Friday, becomes just the fourth Anchorman to total 1,000 or more career points and rebounds.

• Dahl recorded 20 points on 6-of-11 shooting and 5-of-10 from downtown.

• Robinson-O'Hagan finished with nine points, seven rebounds and six assists.
