• RIC trailed by six in the first quarter before graduate guard
Sophia Guerrier (Waltham, Mass.) hit a free throw and canned a three-pointer to pull the Anchorwomen within a bucket, 12-10, at the conclusion of the first quarter.

• Medbury had five points as RIC went on an 8-0 run to lead, 31-23, with under a minute left to play in the first half.

• The Gusties stayed within two possessions for most of the third quarter until a Medbury three and a layup by senior center
Neleesha Meunier (Leominster, Mass.) increased the hosts' advantage to eight, 51-43.
