Amherst, Mass.—Rhode Island College junior guard
Deyshawn Tengbeh (East Providence, R.I.) racked up a game-high 26 points and hauled in eight rebounds as the Anchormen defeated Amherst, 74-65, at LeFrak Gymnasium on Tuesday evening.

• The visitors took a 10-point, 21-11, lead on freshman guard
