Mitchel Noresca (East Providence, R.I.) scored 16 points off the bench as the Rhode Island College men's basketball team fell vs. Western Connecticut, 91-55, in Little East men's basketball action played at The Murray Center on Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Senior forward
Xavier Landers (Westwood, N.J.) hit a layup at the 12:15 mark in the first half to cut the Wolves lead to three, 10-7. The visitors would then score 15 unanswered points over the next five minutes to make the game, 25-7, in WCSU's favor.
• The visitors outmatched the Anchormen the entire game, winning handedly to improve to 11-1 on the season.
• Noresca registered 16 points and five rebounds, while junior center
Ousmane Kourouma (Woonsocket, R.I.) had 12 rebounds.
