Izaiah Rivera (Pawtucket, R.I.) had two hits as No. 2-seeded Rhode Island College lost vs. No. 5-seeded UMass Dartmouth, 5-1, in game eight of the 2022 Little East Baseball Championship at Eastern Stadium on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• RIC got on the board first when sophomore second baseman
Cal Parrillo (Greenville, R.I.) singled in Rivera in the top of the third inning to give the visitors a 1-0 advantage.

• The Corsairs quickly answered back in the bottom of the inning and plated five runners to build a 5-1 advantage. Junior third baseman
