North Windham, Conn.—Junior
Will Niles (Warwick, R.I.) finished ninth and carded a 79 (+9) as the Rhode Island College men's golf team wrapped up the 2021-22 season at Eastern Connecticut's Thread City Invitational, played at the Windham Club on Sunday afternoon.
THE BASICS
• Rhode Island College tied for third (327) with Westfield State in a 13-team field.
• Eastern Connecticut won the invitational with a team score of 298. Salem State finished second (314).
• The Windham Club was a par-70 and 61 golfers competes at the meet.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Junior
Anthony Loiselle (Providence, R.I.) tied for 10th and carded an 80 (+10).

Nate Chhim (Tiverton, R.I.) and freshman
Cameron Mello (Somerset, Mass.) tied for 22nd and
carded an 84 (+14).

Shane Mello (Tiverton, R.I.) tied for 41st and finished with an 89 (+19).
