GAME ONE
• RIC jumped out to a 1-0 advantage in the first on a sophomore first baseman

• The Spartans scored once in both the second and third, while plating two in the fourth frame, to pick up the win. Senior catcher

Avery Katz (Brookfield, Conn.) went 2-for-3 with a run scored.

Olivia Joy (Greenfield, Mass.) earned the win (6-5).
GAME TWO
• The Spartans took a 3-0 lead in the first and used a seven-run fourth inning to help end the game early via the 10-run rule.
• RIC scored its lone run in the fourth on a freshman shortstop

Allison Almond (Proctor, Vt.) went 3-for-3 with a run scored and two RBI in the win.

Morgan Collupy (Rehoboth, Mass.) took the loss (2-2). Kazen went 3-for-3 in the nightcap.

Kyle Wright (Newport, Vt.) picked up the win (7-1).
