Elijah Gouin (Glocester, R.I.) secured a straight set (6-1, 6-1) win at No. 4 singles to clinch a 9-0 victory for the Rhode Island College men's tennis team vs. Curry on Friday afternoon at the RIC Tennis Center.

Zach Siemmao (Wakefield, R.I.) for an 8-0 shutout at No. 2 doubles on the day.
• Sophomore
Dylan Tashdjian (Riverside, R.I.) had a dominating performance with a straight set (6-0, 6-2) victory at No. 6 singles, which put RIC up, 4-0, and set the stage for Gouin's clincher.
• Senior
Alex Bourque (North Smithfield, R.I.) and sophomore
Josh Brien (Johnston, R.I.) each won at No. 1 and 2 singles, respectively, and combined for an 8-2 victory at first doubles.
