Plymouth, N.H.--Junior forward Izabelle Booth (Newport, R.I.) had a near double-double as the Rhode Island College women's basketball team declawed Plymouth State, 62-35, in Little East action on Monday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Plymouth went up early thanks to a 9-0 start with seven minutes remaining in the first quarter. From that point on, RIC would outscore PSU, 36-18, to take a 36-27 lead into the half.
 
• RIC's defense would clamp up and only allow four points to Plymouth State in both the third and fourth quarters to coast to the win.
 
• Booth finished with nine points and eight rebounds, both of which were game-highs.
 
• Senior guard Abby Phelan (Norton, Mass.) had seven points and three assists.
 
• PSU sophomore guard Lauren Keller (Fort Morgan, Colo.) led the Panthers with six points and seven rebounds.
 
BY THE NUMBERS
• RIC shot 37 percent (24-for-64) from the field, 22 percent (4-for-18) from downtown and 56 percent (10-for-18) from the free throw line.
 
• The Panthers shot 25 percent (14-for-57) from the field, 0 percent (0-for-10) from long range and 78 percent (7-for-9) from the charity stripe.

• Of the 14 Anchorwomen that saw action, 13 of them scored at least three points. Eight Anchorwomen had five or more points.
