• Rhode Island College opened the scoring at the 1:15 mark of the contest on a junior defender

Maddie Kross (Peachtree City, Ga.), but UMass Dartmouth matched the mini run with consecutive scores from Mancini and freshman midfielder
Melanny Sanchez Alvarez (Stamford, Conn.) to even the contest at nine. Kross put the visitors back on top, but Mancini forged the eighth and final tie at the 8:15 mark.
