HOW IT HAPPENED
• RIC jumped out to a quick, 10-0, lead in the first two minutes of action with a pair of Law three-pointers

• The Owls went on a 12-3 run of their own to narrow the deficit down to just three points, 15-12, with just under 16:00 to play in the first half.

• The Anchormen were able to claw out to an eight-point lead, 33-25, on a freshman forward

• Both teams scored with ease during the opening half, but the Anchormen were able to hold a six-point, 50-44, lead at the halftime break.

• RIC shot 46 percent (35-for-76) from the field, 39 percent (9-for-23) from three-point range and 60 percent (9-for-15) from the foul line.
