Providence, R.I.—Freshman forward Angelina Nardolillo (Hinsdale, N.H.) put up 16 points as Rhode Island College sunk UMass Boston, 62-37, in Little East women's basketball action played at the Murray Center on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• RIC went into the first break up by a commanding 18 points, 23-5. The Anchorwomen led by double digits for the remainder of the game, never leading by less than 15 points over the course of the contest.
 
• Junior guard Antonia Corsinetti (Johnston, R.I.) had 13 points, three assists and three rebounds.
 
• Senior guard Abby Phelan (Norton, Mass.) sank three three-pointers in an 11-point effort.
 
• Junior guard Jeniyah Jones (Randolph, Mass.) pulled down a game-high 10 boards.
 
• UMass Boston sophomore forward Vienna Monestime (Framingham, Mass.) led her squad with nine points.

• RIC shot 37 percent (23-for-62) from the field, 41 percent (7-for-17) from downtown and 52 percent (9-for-17) from the free throw line.
 
• UMass Boston shot 22 percent (10-for-46) from the field, 14 percent (3-for-21) from long range and 88 percent (14-for-16) from the charity stripe.
 
• The Anchorwomen have won four straight contests, including seven of their last eight games, and are unbeaten in LEC play (4-0).
