Cam Pattison (Cohasset, Mass.) and senior defender
Leo Herreria (San Pedro Sula, Honduras).
• UMass Boston led in shots (5-2), shots on goal (3-1) and corner kicks (3-1) after the first 45 minutes of action.
• It was a defensive match all the way up until the 78th minute when a foul in the box allowed de Andrade to score his second goal of the night on a penalty kick.
• RIC applied pressure late, but a key stop by freshman goalkeeper
J.J. Devine (Halifax, Mass.) in the 88
th minute sealed the win and the shutout for the Beacons.
