Providence, R.I.—Senior Michael Gallagher (Saunderstown, RI) and freshman Travis Manick (Methuen, MA) won the only matches for the Rhode Island College wrestling team in a 43-7 loss at New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) rival Johnson & Wales on Tuesday evening.

The Wildcats built a 37-0 advantage over the first seven matches before Gallagher picked up a 14-3 major decision over Ryan DeVivo at 174 lbs. Manick closed out the match with a 4-3 victory over Liridon Leka at 285 lbs.
