Outdoor Track & Field (2022): Placed 15^th in the 4x100m relay (52.99) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 7...earned Second Team All-Little East honors in the 4x400m relay with a second place finish (4:25.01), while also placing fifth in the 4x100m (52.44), at the Little East Championship on April 30...placed second in the 4x100m relay (53.00) at the Sean Collier Invitational on April 23...placed third in the 4x400m relay (4:27.14) and ninth in the 4x100m relay (53.69) at the Coast Guard Spring Invitational on April 9.

Indoor Track & Field (2021-22): Earned Second Team All-Little East honors with a second place finish in the 4x400m relay (4:31.79) and also finished third in the 4x200m relay (1:53.86) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 19...placed 12^th in the 800m (3:04.88) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 5...placed sixth in the 800m (3:08.57) at the Massasoit Classic on Jan. 22.

Outdoor Track & Field (2021): Finished seventh in the 800m (2:39.72) at the Little East Championship on May 1...finished fourth in the 800m (2:37.29) at the Eastern Connecticut Invitational on Apr. 23.

Junior Year
Indoor Track & Field (2019-20): Finished third in the mile (5:28.24) and fourth in the 800m (2:29.9) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 22...placed 113^th in the 800m (2:18.17) at the David Hemery Invitational on Feb. 15...placed second in the 600m (1:42.48) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 7...placed 20^th in the 800m (2:19.43) at the NEICAAA Championship on Feb. 1...finished 60^th in the 800m (2:19.34) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 25...placed fourth in the 800m (2:29.59) at the Emmanuel Indoor Opener on Dec. 7.

Outdoor Track & Field (2019): Finished 15th in the 800m (2:36.18) at the N.E. Alliance Championship on April 27...finished 24^th in the 800m (2:35.96)  at the SNHU Invitational on April 13...finished 25^th (2:37.56) in the 800m at the Bryant Black & Gold Invitational on March 30...finished 39^th in the 800m (2:51.89) at the USF Bulls Invitational on March 23.

Indoor Track & Field (2018-19): Finished fifth in the 4x800m (10:45.30) at the Alliance Championship on Feb. 16...finished 12^th in the 800m (2:48.22) at the Bowdoin Invitational on Jan. 12...finished ninth in the 600m (2:09.21) at the RIC Invitational on Dec. 8.

Freshman Year
Outdoor Track & Field (2018): Finished seventh in the 4x800m relay (10:37.03) at the Alliance Championship on April 28...finished 20^th in the 1500m (5:33.74) at the Sean Collier Invitational on April 21...finished 67^th in the 800m (2:49.64) at the Silfen Invitational on April 14...finished 26^th in the 800m (2:47.86) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational on April 7.

Indoor Track & Field (2017-18): Notched a 13th place finish in the 600m (1:52.88) and ran the third leg of the 10th place 4x800m relay (11:08.10) at the Alliance Championship on Feb. 10...placed 10^th in the 600m (1:54.03) at the Maroon and White Classic on Jan. 20...finished fourth in the 4x800m (11:29.97) and seventh in the 600m (1:55.56) at the Bowdoin Invitational on Jan. 13...finished third in the 4x800m relay (10:52.30) and eighth in the 800m (2:50.36) at the RIC Holiday Classic on Dec. 9...finished 12^th in the 1,000m (3:39.43) at the UMass Boston Winter Open on Dec. 2.

High School: Earned All-Class and All-Division honors in cross country while at Pilgrim High School...2017 graduate...earned All-Class in the 3,000m in track and field.
