Allie DiBiase ’19 begins her second season as the assistant women's gymnastics coach at Rhode Island College. DiBiase assists Head Coach Monica Mesalles Nassi with all phases of the RIC women’s gymnastics program.
 
The North Kingstown Rhode Island native rejoins the Anchorwomen after two years guiding the fledgling Cranston High School West varsity girls’ gymnastics program. She led Cranston West to a Rhode Island Div. II State Championship and an undefeated 18-0 record in the program’s inaugural season in 2019-20. DiBiase led the Falcons to a second place finish in the R.I. State Championships in 2020-21. In two seasons, she mentored four All-State gymnasts.
 
DiBiase also worked for many years as a coach at New Generation Gymnastics in West Kingston (R.I.) during her undergraduate days at RIC.
 
As a senior in 2018-19, earned All-American honors in the all-around with a sixth place finish at the NCGA National Championship on March 23. She was also named team MVP. DiBiase earned All-Region honors in the all-around with a third place finish at the NCGA East Regional Championship on March 10. DiBiase averaged scores of 9.439 on vault, 8.900 on bars, 8.600 on beam, 9.232 on floor and 36.170 in the all-around. She posted season-high scores on 9.600 on floor and 37.150 in the all-around at the NCGA National Championship on March 23. DiBiase posted a season-best score of 9.175 on bars at the Brown Tri on Feb. 10. She posted a season-high score of 9.350 on beam at the NCGA East Regional Championship on March 10. DiBiase posted a season-best score of 9.675 on floor at the West Chester Tri on Feb. 15. She was named the NCGA East Region All-Around Gymnast of the Week once on the season.
 
As a junior in 20017-18, DiBiase missed the entire season due to an ankle injury.
 
As a sophomore in 2016-17, DiBiase was named the team MVP. She qualified for the NCGA National Championships as an all-arounder for the second straight season. She averaged scores of 9.227 on vault, 8.802 on bars, 8.830 on beam and 9.057 on floor for an all-around average of 35.916 on the season. She registered a season-best score of 9.550 on vault and a 9.175 on bars at the Springfield Quad on Mar. 11. DiBiase scored a season-best score of 9.325 on beam at the Cortland Tri on Feb. 5. She recorded her season-best score of 9.425 on floor at the Southern Connecticut Quad on Feb. 17. DiBiase recorded her season-best all-around score of 37.075 at the Springfield Quad on Mar. 11. She was named the NCGA All-Around Gymnast of the Week once on the season.
 
As a freshman in 2015-16, DiBiase qualified for the NCGA National Championships in the all-around and finished 14th overall with a score of 36.450. She averaged scores of 9.245 on vault, 8.116 on bars, 8.612 on beam and 9.122 on floor for an all-around average of 35.269 for the season. She registered a season-best 9.350 on vault twice on the year. DiBiase scored season-highs of 8.625 on bars and 9.200 on beam at the NCGA East Regional on Mar. 6. She recorded her season-best score on floor, 9.650 and all-around point total (36.450) at the NCGA Nationals on Mar. 18. DiBiase was named the NCGA All-Around Gymnast of the Week once on the season.
 
She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Rhode Island College in 2019.
