Senior Year
Indoor Track & Field (2021-22): Earned First Team All-Little East honors with first place finishes in the 1,000m (3:15.44), 3,000m (11:13.52) and the 5,000m (19:48.57) at the Little East Championship on Feb. 19....finished second in the 5,000m (19:29.95) and sixth in the 800m (2:37.44) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 5...placed third in both the 4x400m relay (4:30.09) and the mile (5:35.23) and fourth in both the 800m (2:38.51) at the Massasoit Classic on Jan. 22...placed third in the 3,000m (10:51.70) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 4...named Little East Track Athlete of the Week once this season.

Outdoor Track & Field (2021):  Was the Little East Champion and earned First Team All-Little East honors in the 10,000m (40:48.55) with a first place finish at the Little East Championship on May 1...finished first in the 5,000m (19:09.92) at the Eastern Connecticut Invitational on Apr. 23...finished first in the 10,000m (40:12.83) at the Coast Guard Invitational on Apr. 17.

Sophomore Year
Indoor Track & Field (2018-19):  Earned N.E. Alliance honors in two events at the Alliance Championship on Feb. 16...finished fourth in the 5,000m (20:08.66) and sixth in the 1,000m (3:15.47)...also placed fifth in the 4x800m relay (10:45.30)...finished 88^th in the 1,000m (3:13.82) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 8-9...finished fourth in the 5,000m (19:48.84) at the Smith Pioneer Invitational on Jan. 19... finished seventh in the 3,000m (11:15.96) at the Bowdoin Invitational on Jan. 12...finished third in the 4x800m relay (10:29.80) and eighth in the 3,000m (11:24.59) at the RIC Invitational on Dec. 8. 

Freshman Year
Outdoor Track & Field (2018): Named the Little East Women’s Rookie Track Athlete of the Year...finished fifth in the 10,000m (41:51.62) to earn N.E. Alliance honors (and was the Little East Champion) at the Alliance Championship on April 28...also finished eighth in the 5,000m (20:21.89). Cousineau finished sixth in the 1,500m (5:06.56) at the Sean Collier Invitational on April 21.

Indoor Track & Field (2017-18): Named the team MVP...was a N.E. Alliance performer and the Little East individual champion with a fourth place finish in the 5,000m (19:35.26) at the Alliance Championship on Feb. 10...also earned N.E. Alliance honors with a fourth place finish in the 3,000m (11:07.06) and was ninth in the 800m (2:32.65)...finished ninth in the 5,000m (19:15.36) at the N.E. Open Championship on Feb. 2...placed 82^nd in the 800m (2:33.39) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 26...placed fifth in the 3,000m (11:26.64) at the Maroon and White Classic on Jan. 20...finished fourth in the 4x800m relay (11:29.97), fifth in the 1,000m (3:19.34) and sixth in the mile (5:39.87) at the Bowdoin Invitational on Jan. 13...finished first in the 800m (2:29.50) and third in the 4x800m (10:52.30) at the RIC Holiday Classic on Dec. 9...finished sixth in the 5,000m (19:28.87) at the UMass Boston Winter Open on Dec. 2.

High School: Earned All-State, All-Class and All-Division honors in cross country while at Cranston High School East...earned All-Class and All-Division honors in track & field.
