Boston, Mass.--Junior Enrique Edjang (Providence, R.I.) and senior Brandon Mota (West Warwick, R.I.) placed in the top 10 in the weight throw event at the 2026 NEICAAA Championship, held at the Reggie Lewis Center on Friday afternoon.
 
THE BASICS
• Rhode Island College did not score as a team.
 
• The meet featured mostly Div. I and II competition.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Edjang placed ninth in the weight throw (16.40m).
 
• Mota finished 10^th in the weight throw (16.28m).
 
• There were 24 competitors in the event.
