Aidan Faria (Cumberland, R.I.) earn won by pinfall as Rhode Island College bounced back from a Friday night defeat with a decisive, 33-14, win at New England College in New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) action on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• As he did last evening, freshman 125 lbs. Domenick Sousa (Smithfield, R.I.) put the Anchormen on top right off the bat with a decision in the opening bout.
 
• A pin and a decision gave the Pilgrims a 9-3 advantage, but senior 149 lbs. Saliou Jobe (Woonsocket, R.I.) started a 19-0 run over the next four bouts with a major to put the visitors on top for good.
 
• In addition to Isaac's and Faria's pins, freshman 197 lbs. Imanol Taveras (Providence, R.I.) notched a technical fall win.
