Brady Zadora (Dayville, Conn.) went 3-2 as Rhode Island College finished the regular season at the 2026 New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) Futures Tournament, hosted by Coast Guard on Sunday afternoon.
THE BASICS
• Rhode Island College finished 14
th (16 teams) with a team score of 20. Coast Guard won the title with a team score of 195.5.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• 11 Anchormen saw action at the tournament.
• Sophomore 184 lbs.
Andrew Pappas (Cranston, R.I.), fresh off of two wins in the club's tri-match vs. Trinity and Bridgewater State on Friday evening, went 2-2 with a pair of pins.
• Zadora notched a pin, technical fall and a decision on the day.
• Senior 165 lbs.
Dillon Carter (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) went 2-2 a pin and a decision.

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the 2026 NCAA Div. III Northeast Region Championships, hosted by Coast Guard on Feb. 27-28.
